Shannon you to be an avid runner, until chronic leg injuries hampered her performance. Having to give up long distance running, Shannon turned her sights to bettering her body through rigorous weight lifting routine in the gym. Through her time in the gym and by fueling her body the right way, Shannon was able to turn her body into a well-oiled machine. She loves the benefits, not just physically but mentally, that her new body has given her. Shannon truly believes that any women who take care of their bodies will benefit so much, in so many ways, not just physically. Shannon hopes to continue to inspire others to make positive life changes.
